Carrier restrictions
Each carrier also has its own list of prohibited and restricted items. Please note that they may vary depending on your delivery destination. How to identify if your goods are hazardous…
The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) is an international system of labelling for hazardous goods. It is used to identify physical hazards, health hazards and environmental hazards using a number of simple pictograms.
Many hazardous chemicals are particularly dangerous when travelling by air due to the high pressure conditions. Most hazardous items are therefore prohibited by carriers. You will need to check your items for GHS labels before attempting to ship them.
Second-Hand Electronic Goods
If you are sending second-hand electronic goods, please first check with the relevant customs authority whether you also need to include a certificate of compliance to prove safety. This is the responsibility of the shipper.
Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure the contents of your consignments are acceptable and meet all policy and safety requirements. It is important to remember that you are the only person who knows what is inside of your shipment. By taking your parcel, neither Rokel Shipping Services nor the courier acknowledges that the contents are acceptable.
